I USED THIS ITEM ONE SUMMER...EVERYTHING WORKS FINE AND IS CLEAN. THERE IS A STAIN ON THE INSIDE OF THE PLASTIC PITCHER FROM THE TEA SITTING IN THERE IN THE FRIDGE. WAS NOT ABLE TO REMOVE IT. BUT IT IS NOT THAT NOTICEABLE.
